RW Baron Process Equipment currently has the following open positions:
Outside Sales Engineer - Eastern Wisconsin Territory
Job Description:
Engineered Sales of Industrial & Sanitary pumps, vacuum pumps, mixers/agitators, heat exchangers, and water treatment systems. This is a key sales position.
Job Purpose:
Promote, sell and service all manufacturers and products represented by RWB. Support and strengthen existing business while identifying and building new business relationships. RWB is well established throughout Wisconsin and the Upper Peninsula of Michigan.
Responsibilities:
- Call on local end users, engineers, and system integrators
- Sell represented products and solutions
- Support existing established sales territory
- Develop new customers (cold calling) by phone or in person
- Identify sales opportunities and solution sales
- Enter/maintain/manage contacts & projects in company CRM system
- Prepare sales presentations and proposals
- Gain full knowledge of represented product line
- Customer after sale support and follow-up

Territory:
- Eastern Wisconsin & Upper Peninsula of Michigan (Defined territory to be confirmed at a later date)
- Ideal locations for home office: Appleton/Fond du Lac/Northern Milwaukee. Candidate must live in the territory. No exceptions.
Experience:
- Must have a strong ability to sell products so previous sales experience strongly suggested.
- Having knowledge of rotating equipment, water treatment systems or process design would be preferred.
Employment Type:
- Employment Classification: Salaried
- Start Date: Immediately
- Compensation: Salary plus commission incentive. Additional commission is paid for performance above plan and is uncapped.
